Design: An Essential Part of Online Marketing  -  October 25, 2006

In my eyes there are three essential areas to a decent online marketing strategy; Pay Per Click Advertising, Natural SEO and Website Design.

The first two are the obvious ones from the bunch. They are the two that put your website out there. The web design aspect is essentially to keep visitors at your site. Its all good and proper that people find your site on the major search engines but if it looks hideous then they are not going to stay.

And its not just looks either. The simple way a site can be mis-navigated is also seen as a put off. this is down to web design. Other factors include the way information is presented.
