Neil - Technical Director

Neil has been with Just Search since the company's conception back in 2004. For the two years after completing his BSc in Media Technology at Leicester University Neil proceeded to do freelance web design work. Following this he joined a web design house based in the North West where he was able to further his knowledge.

As the head of the Just Designing team Neil knows that everyone within the team he has built is capable of performing, not just for him but for the company as a whole and, more importantly, its clients.

Martin - SEO Project Manager

Martin joined us fresh from University in September 2005. Alongside web development Martin also has a proficient understanding of other non-web based programming languages such as C++ , VB (and their .net counterparts) and is always continuing to better his programming knowledge with other languages like Java and Javascript.

Paul - Programmer

Paul has recently graduated from Teeside university in 2006 with a BSc in Information Technology. Paul has knowledge of PHP, HTML and has worked on several CMS sites. Paul has an in depth knowledge of Mysql databases and works mainly on database driven sites.

Nathan - Programmer

Nathan graduated from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth with a Degree in Internet Computing in June 2006. He comes from a programming background, having programmed in many languages, including Java, C, VB and PHP. Nathan Spent a year working for a major banking company on his year in industry as a Group Data Warehouse Developer working on a large SQL system, from this he brings his experience in optimising SQL queries to allow faster running of web sites

Nathan has spent most of his free time developing personal web pages for clients, ranging from simple single pages through to CMS installations.

Mike - Programmer

Mike has spent 5 years in development roles, predominantly working on Microsoft based systems. He started out initially in Windows application development, both in Visual Basic and Delphi, before moving into Web development. Mike's many skills include ASP, SQL Server, HTML, CSS and Photoshop. Mike's main role in the Just Search team is as an ASP programmer, although his diverse skill set allows him to adopt many other roles on an ad hoc basis.

Rik - Junior Programmer

Rik is another recent graduate from university joining our ever expanding team. He has graduated with a degree in mathematics and computer science. Rik has a strong knowledge of html, CSS and Javascript.

Rik also has some experience working with shopping carts and MySQL, which he will be developing during his time with us.

Phil - Programmer

Phil has completed a Masters in computer science at the University of Wales, Aberysthwyth. since completing this degree phil has worked at large organisations performing various roles including IT system support, software fixes and database migration. Phil is a dynamic individual who has a solid foundation in programming.

The Just Designing team are looking forward to see his skills in action.

James - Programmer

James graduated from the University of Essex in 2006 with a degree in computer science. For his final year project he wrote an ecommerce system in JSP utilising MYSQL. James is also well versed in PHP. He also has experience writing programs in other exciting programming languages, including Java, C, Perl and Visual Basic.
